Apartment located in the hamlet of Riva Trigoso just 3 MINUTES FROM THE SEA AND THE BEACHES by car or 10 minutes on foot of Riva Trigoso and Renà and a five-minute drive from the center of Sestri Levante. WELL AIRED house. The house has a large PRIVATE GARDEN where you can enjoy a unique relaxing atmosphere with table and chairs, the perfect place for lunch and dinner during the summer months. The house opens onto the living area equipped with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. You will find dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cups and everything else that can be used to prepare and eat meals. A maximum of 4 guests can stay in the apartment. In the bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, there is a built-in wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings during the stay. In addition to the bathroom there is a large shower. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and are included in the price. In order to enjoy a unique relaxing atmosphere, there is an outdoor garden with a table and chairs, the perfect place for lunch and dinner during the summer months. There is also a washing machine that can be used during the stay. The house is equipped with heating. The accommodation does not have a parking space, it is possible to park nearby. the apartment cannot be reached by car but you can park at the Riva Trigoso station and take a staircase that leads directly to the apartment or proceeding along Via Attilio Corte Megu you will reach two parking lots. From the second parking lot, a small staircase leads directly to the garden of the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check out outside the permitted hours is often granted, by prior arrangement and paying an extra cost to be agreed with the person who will follow you, always starting from 30 euros upwards.
