Detached house located in the village of Cardini, 3.5 km from the center of Casarza. Surrounded by the green hills surrounding Sestri Levante, which is about 7 km away, it is the ideal place for your relaxing and peaceful holidays. In 15 minutes by car you will arrive at the beach of Riva Trigoso and always with short journeys you can visit the other towns of the Riviera di Levante up to the Cinque Terre, which are an hour away. On request it is possible to have a cot and a table high chair. For the safety of children there is also a small gate that closes off access to the stairs that descend from the kitchen to the first floor. There is free WI-FI connection and air conditioning. For the winter months there are heaters with independent heating. The house does not have a private parking but you can easily park nearby, along the road, for free. The bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and supplied by us for each stay for the number of people booked and is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. ATTENTION: given the presence of numerous stairs, the house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30euro to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-ins before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher. TO GET TO THE HOUSE : By car, along the A12/E80 motorway with the Sestri Levante exit. From there, proceed in the direction of Casarza/Varese Ligure until you reach the center of the town of Casarza. From there, take the crossroads for Cardini and proceed for around 3.5km.

The hamlet of Cardini is part of the municipality of Casarza Ligure where you will find all the services you need: shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists and bakeries. The area is very quiet and outside the centre, surrounded by hills and woods where you can go trekking on the numerous paths that are present. It is recommended for people looking for relaxation and for families with children. In the village, a short distance from the house, you will also find a playground for younger guests and a football field. You can park along the road and then reach the house, located in a characteristic village, on foot. Cardini is 3.5 km from the center of Casarza which can therefore be reached in a short drive, as well as Sestri which can be reached in about 15 minutes. The closest beach is that of Riva Trigoso just 7 km away. The Baia del Silenzio beach and the center of Sestri are 9 km away. With short journeys it is also possible to visit the other towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or, moving in the opposite direction Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour.
