The heating for the winter months is autonomous. There is no private parking, around the house there are paid public car parks or at 400 meters there is the large free car park of Colmata al Mare. Hi, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Chiavari applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 3) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted times is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm), for later times, if possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.

In addition to visiting the city of Chiavari, with short journeys by car or train you can reach the other towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Santa Margherita and Portofino or continuing in the opposite direction pearls such as Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour using the trains. A favorite destination not only for sea lovers, this area of Liguria is also chosen by nature and trekking enthusiasts: in fact, kilometers of paths wind along the hills that reach the sea, offering enchanting panoramic views of the coast. Chiavari is also about 30 minutes from Genoa and an hour and a half from Pisa.
