Hi, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-in before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher. You will have access to all the spaces of the house, which is rented entirely, with no area shared with others inside. The patio beyond the living room French door is also private. The garden, on the other hand, is part of the residence, can be used but is not fenced and is the same as the other houses near yours. The swimming pool is also part of the services of the complex and is shared with the other guests.

Just 10 minutes walk from the sea and the center and 500 meters from Sestri Levante station. The ideal place for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio and for visiting the nearby towns up to the Cinque Terre which can be reached in an hour. No private parking. Cozy and delightful detached cottage located in a village with a swimming pool shared with the other guests. Upon entering you will immediately find the living room, with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, a TV and a fully equipped open kitchen for your meals during your stay. The large French door gives access to the private patio, equipped with a dining table, chairs and a sun lounger: you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner surrounded by the greenery of the village garden, in a relaxing atmosphere. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the house: two guests on the sofa bed in the living room while the first bedroom offers a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds. There is a large closet for your belongings in the second bedroom and a chest of drawers in the first bedroom. In the bathroom there are sanitary ware, sink, shower and hairdryer. For the winter months the heating is autonomous. Pets are not allowed. There is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. NO private parking. You can enter the car from the main gate, unload your luggage and then you will have to park outside in the public car parks in the surrounding area. ATTENTION: The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the complex. It is open and usable approximately from mid-June to mid-September (opening and closing times vary slightly depending on the climate of the year) from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00.

The Parco delle Villette residence is located in a convenient location not far from the center and services but in an oasis of tranquility surrounded by the greenery of a large garden where all the independent houses are located. The station is 500 meters away, the centre, the sea and the beaches can be reached in five minutes by car or 15 on foot, as well as all the services: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bakeries, bars and restaurants where you can taste the typical place. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the heights there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
