POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: The municipality of Genoa applies a tourist tax of 3,00 euro/day per person (up to 8 nights) which will be collected in cash upon arrival by the person in charge of check-in. Are exempt from the tax: - minors up to 14 years of age - people who stay in the city to undergo therapies in health facilities in the Genoese area and one companion per patient - people who assist patients hospitalized in health facilities in the municipal area, up to 2 companions per patient. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted times is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-ins before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
