Located in the center of Sanremo, A CASA DEI NONNI- Nice 2 bedrooms apartment is located 130m from the main square Piazza Colombo, 270m from the famous Ariston Theater located in the main street Via Matteotti, 500m from Piazza Bresca our island of nightlife, 600m from the historic center, 800m from the Casino of Sanremo and 600m from free and private beaches. The accommodation on the third floor, accessible by stairs, offers views of the Sanctuary Madonna della Costa and the characteristic streets of the center. The apartment features a living room entrance with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge, a pantry stocked with dishes and kitchenware, and a washing machine. A bathroom with shower and bidet. One double bedroom with a large closet. One bedroom with two single beds and a closet. Accessible storage room equipped with clothes rack, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Free WiFi connection. Parking is available for a fee 100m from the accommodation.
