The Property was in a good location central to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and the room was tidied every day. The staff were lovely and I would like to do a special shout out to the ladies who served breakfast because my son absolutely adored them.

Perfect location right next to the beach, great staff, spacious and clean rooms

Staff: 200% — they went above and beyond. Our room was unusual yet very comfortable, split into a living area and a bedroom, and it had a fridge. The location is great; you can walk everywhere in town. It’s a little set back from the sea (no more than a 10-minute walk to the marina, with beaches starting on both sides), but we didn’t mind, since this trip wasn’t about sun loungers. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, the coffee is made fresh, and the dining room/restaurant is beautiful. The property also has a garden and a pool facing the sea/marina; the pool naps in autumn, but the view doesn’t—it’s still a lovely backdrop.

I loved staying at Albergo Nella and would come back any time! It's a family-run hotel, operating on the ground floor and 1st floor of a residential block. My room was spacious and clean; so was the bathroom; everything was comfortable and worked. Yes it's a few years old and has a slightly dated appearance; but this is what I appreciated the most: terrazzo floors, solid sanitaryware, things from a time of quality rather than laminated floors and cheap bathroom fittings that you find in other hotels. I received a very warm and friendly welcome, and I also very much enjoyed the breakfast of cereal, yoghurt, cake, and coffee. The location is also unbeatable: about 1-minute walk from the quayside and seafront, and also next to the elevator to go to the old town on the hill.

Set back from the town in a quiet country location. Onsite parking. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and I enjoyed the restaurant. Dog friendly.

Run by a nice welcoming family. very clean, close to the beach and town centre. Rooms are small but with nice balcony and equipped with both A/C and fan.

Couldn't be a better location if arriving by bus. It's across the street from the drop off. Everyone was wonderful, English no problem, nice clean room, 12:00 checkout, bar, great breakfast and well priced. What else do you need? Would have loved to stay longer.

Very friendly staff amd nice room!

Every time I come to Diano, I stay here. The staff are always incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. The location is perfect, it's quiet, overlooks the sea and is only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The additional service of booking an umbrella at the local beach club is really great too! I have stayed in both a double room for an entire weekend (with an amazing view) and one of the single rooms, which was simple, clean and comfy — perfect for a one night stay simply to enjoy the beach and town. I also want to say that there is a negative review somewhere below that mentions "stealing", I would like to preface that I was waiting in reception when this situation unfolded and the male guest was incredibly aggressive, irrational, rude and awful to the receptionist. So please, take that review with a pinch of salt/don't be influenced by it. I have always felt very safe and secure at this hotel, so did my mother, and I plan on continuing to stay here moving forward. Overall a wonderful hotel! Sending thanks to the staff and team :)

Travelling through Europe on this trip, this stay stays with me forever! What a great staff! What a gentleman at the reception. He rushed to us when we needed something. And the breakfast? Fenomenal! The chef lady who made the omelet for us right away was a delight. And enjoying morning espresso with a sea view? Amazing.

Staff was very kind, Amar has helped us with storing our bikes and giving loads of information. The room we had was very spacious. I liked that leaving opened the window I could hear the lapping of the waves. It did help me sleep. Bed very comfortable and mattress clean. Breakfast was excellent and very abundant.
