Nice , clean and fully equipped apartments located in the proximity to the beach , restaurants and cafes. Beds were comfortable and importantly the air-conditioner was working well. Also we found a laundry room quite handy. Alessio and his colleague Emanuela were very responsive and always available , which made our stay very pleasant.

Imperia is magical.

Imperia is magical. If you like to discover a place by walking. Ristorante Risveglio is a revelation, we went there 2x for dinner. We walked along the sea shore and took day trips along the coast between Albenga and Ventimiglia. Dolceaqua and Cervo are a must if you like to time travel. We will be back next year!

Imperia is organized well.

Imperia is organized well. The city center is actually in the center of the city. There are definitely 2 distinct neighborhoods, areas. Point Mauritz was definitely a place to visit. I went on a Sunday and it was dead. Onegilia is definitely the side to be if you want to enjoy the city. The Oneglia port is a working port, not really a nice marina or anything. Though, there were some very large yachts moored to the boardwalk. Taxi's were super easy to locate and buses were easy to take where ever you want to go. It's a very organized place. I'm still getting used to old, seemingly run down buildings and dark ally ways...which Italy is full of and Imperia is not lacking either.

Imperia is for people who like authentic atmosphere,...

Imperia is for people who like authentic atmosphere, enjoying the local culture, family restaurants, seafood, gelato, biking - there is a Bolt company for e-bikes and scooters and it is the ONLY place in the region with that option! A huge bicycle road is a big plus and a big Carrefour which is open 24/7. Literally all the time! There is also a free transfer to the city center from the station – it is impossible to find the information about the bus stops and schedule, so just talk to the driver! Just keep in mind there is no restaurant food between roughly 14 and 19, only bars with small cafes.

Liguria is nice.

Liguria is nice. Different than Adriatic coast, wery well worth exploring in slow pace. Everything seemed calmer, and easy going, water was crystal clear and warm. Prices for general food (pizza, pasta, coffee ...) affordable, not so crowded than "classic Italian tourist points"

The two halves of Imperia - Oneglia and Porto Maurizio - are...

The two halves of Imperia - Oneglia and Porto Maurizio - are different and both are worth exploring on foot. Lots of historic streets and coastal and mountain views. Porto Maurizio has a self guiding tour with information boards to follow. Imperia isn’t too big or busy which was nice for us. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Villa Grock clown museum was bizarrely fascinating and well worth the walk up the steep hill. It has a cafe to reward your effort! The new cycleway looks worth investigating if you have a spare half day or day.

lovely easy going place to visit, not overly populated with tourists. If you are relying on public transport you might be dissappointed with the availability of buses or taxis when you want them. Having a little Italian will go along way but dont expect everyone you meet to understand english.

The house is very nice for a family, comfortable and fresh. Outdoor furniture is great to dine out and to enjoy the sun in our "personal" terrace. Pools are great with plenty sunbeds to enjoy the Villa. Available and guarded parking is great option. The Resort is in a very quiet and really calm surrounding. The beaches in Imperia are WONDERFUL. Great value for money.
