The Property was in a good location central to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and the room was tidied every day. The staff were lovely and I would like to do a special shout out to the ladies who served breakfast because my son absolutely adored them.

Very nice apartment with a private garden and garage. Apartment has all the necessary amenities (coffee machine, linen, water bottles, etc.) Sabrina is a very welcoming host, ready to respond and to help with anything. She provided all necessary information about the city and sightseeing. We stayed with our dog who loved the garden and Sabrina kindly provided the dog’s bed and the bowl. Near the apartment you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and a very nice park.

The property location for us was great as we were on a business trip. It was spacious and had what we needed.

Central location but in the add it does not say 3 floor without lift. And the portal to the street does not lock so anyone can get in. And entrance is dirty.

The apartment is super nice! It has all the comfort, is very well equipped, it is very clean and just a perfect place to stay as a couple or with a family (we stayed with 2 kids). The large terrace is beautiful. We had a great time and would book it again for sure!

Great hotel with a gorgeous outdoor pool area. Rooms very lovely with a balcony. Walk 10 mins to a selection of local restaurants. Superb breakfast at the accommodation.

Lovely room, adorable garden and very tasty breakfast, but most of all, it's the lovely conversation with the lady that owns the place that made my trip. If you ever go to Imperia, make sure to stay here!

Everything was absolutely perfect! House built outside movida area and at the same time, close by all services for holidays. We just left our car parked, rented bikes and then we have explored the coast using that amazing cycle path of 40 km (Imperia- Ospedaletti) which is only 500m far from VillaLea. Nothing to complain. Thumbs up for all!

simply amazing! Coming to Imperia was a beautiful surprise, this old house perfectly kept and valorised, gave such nice feelings.. the atmosphere, the people, the view on the ocean.. absolutely stunning! No doubts, definitely recommended!

Absolutely everything! The view is spectacular! The apartment is spacious and cosy! We would have stayed longer however it was booked out! In fact we would have stayed forever! We are a family of 4 and are already planning on coming back! It is an easy 10 min walk to the beach - it took a little longer coming back tho because we aren’t super fit! 😂 we had the most perfect couple of days there! We will absolutely be back again! Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this stunning stunning accomodation! Both my kids (11 and 14) fell in love with it! Thank you so much for your kindness Mario. Felt very great to be there. Welcoming, communicative and flexible host. Enjoyable simple breakfast and coffee. It's a good space! Also the town is cute and a good basis for finding hikes :)

Our experience was extraordinary at Pedro's place. We had a big dinining room/ fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a separate bedroom. There is AC and the apartment is shady, quiet and calm. It is really near the railway station (from there you can take local buses for free), Lidl, Conad and Oneglia town center. It is really walkable (and safely cyclable) to the beach and even to Porto Maurizio. Pedro and his mum were truly welcoming, we are really grateful for them. We are hoping to get back. It is utmost recommended;)
