A casa di Esther is a pied-à-terre inserted in our family home, renovated with current materials and comforts, with a slightly exotic atmosphere, thanks to the recovery of some vintage furnishings and decorative elements from our travels. Everything is designed to welcome you with care and to make you enjoy the city, including our guest book with info on nearby services, transport, restaurants, tourist attractions. etc. I will be there to welcome you and, in case of my absence, you will receive instructions for self check-in. The entrance is independent and the outdoor space, shared with us, is at your disposal if the weather permits. The main room is large and can be set up for double or twin use. Children up to 3 years stay free and, upon request, we can set up some facilities (cot, changing mat). The kitchen is fully equipped (except dishwasher) with utensils, crockery, linen, some drinks (water, tea, coffee) and basic condiments (sugar, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper). The bathroom has a large shower, electric towel warmer, hairdryer and essentials (soap, shower gel and shampoo). Summer/winter air conditioning, wi-fi and 43" smart TV included.

Hi, I'm Federica, originally from the Marche region and adopted by Bologna, a lover of travel, reading, dancing, my children and all those people, things and places that have a story to tell. This is also why I love dedicating myself to restoration and creative recovery and, when I have time, I like to learn some new small creative art. I appreciate good food and I like to cook and try typical food from different parts of the world. I'm always curious to visit different places and learn something new. A few years ago my husband and I started hosting in the family home and the satisfaction of doing so prompted me, over time, to completely change my working life and devote myself full time to tourist hospitality. The houses in which I host you speak of me because I personally designed, furnished and set them up, according to a different style in each one but where many objects have a past and a story to tell.

The apartment is located in a residential and green area, very close to the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi Hospital and the City center and a bus directly takes you to the train station and the local exhibition. A few steps away there is a small park with with children's playgrounds and a supermarket. Nearby you can find a pizzeria, a chinese take away, a Hawaiian poké, an excellent restaurant/pizzeria, a delicious ice cream and many bars. Tobacconist, fruit and vegetable shop, butcher, gastronomy and various types of shops, including pharmacy, are close at hand. It is outside the ZTL area and therefore easily accessible by car. Street parking is paid (blue stripes) Monday/Saturday 8am-6pm. Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to park in our courtyard at an additional cost of 7 euros per day. A few meters there are bus stops to all directions.
