Design apartment, completely renovated in 2024, with three living windows facing the bell tower of San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Salute Church and the entire panoramic basin of Giudecca canal. Away from tourist crowds. It is in a strategic area. The view is unique.
A waterbus stop is just 50 metres away, with plenty of vaporetto lines every 15min H24 7/7.
San Marco Square, the center of the city, can be reached in five minutes while enjoying a boat ride, only 1 stop, Biennale reachable in 10minutes.
The apartment has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. There are cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, but you can cook in the contemporary kitchen if you fancy it. Supermarket just 100m away.
