The accommodation is roomy, well lit and extremely well equipped, it overlooks Abbadia Lariana and Mandello del Lario. It features amazing 180° views on the lake, beaches are reachable in 5 minutes driving. Close to the woods, it's a starting point to various hiking trails of all levels: Chengen waterfall, Sentiero del Viandante, Piani dei Resinelli, Manavello mountain, Rosalba lodge, Grignetta... Small local shop and typical restaurants in the nearby, food delivery services available.

Welcome everybody! I'm an artist and i also work in a local craft brewery pub. I'll be happy to host you in my apartment! Considering I'm not living in close proximity of the accommodation, I will be available by phone for various advice, depending on my working hours. I'll always be available for emergencies.

The very surroundings are made up of small historic centers, whose origin dates back to the Middle Ages, characterized by narrow streets, wooden balconies and wooden doors, picturesque views. Of importance, in the adjacent hamlet of Maggiana, is the "Torre del Barbarossa", the residence of the Emperor Frederick Barbarossa, with its small museum. The area is residential and with some small farms. There is a small shop where you can buy all basic necessities, 5 minutes by car there are supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and all services. There are various free parking spaces, you can always find a place even if there is occasional congestion. The whole Lario area strength is the Lake of Como and its wonderful sceneries. The local climate, the amazing ancient villas and gardens gives an unique atmosphere, relaxing and stimulating. It's appreciated by bikers thanks to its scenic and engaging roads, and for the historical Moto Guzzi factory.
