The property is for the exclusive use of guests. It should be noted that some outdoor spaces are shared with the remaining solutions present within the structure. Waiting to hear from us by phone to define the details of your holiday, we inform you that it is possible to organize everything you want, such as transfer service, daily cleaning or home cook. In the meantime, do not hesitate to contact us for any kind of information. An operator in charge of the reception will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 00:00) and check-out (from 7:30 to 09:30), unless self-check-in is requested. An extra payment of 25 euros is required for late arrivals (from 0:00 to 8:00) or early (before 7:00) or late (after 10) departures. Bath / bed linen not included in the price. If requested, the cost is Euro 15 per person per week to be paid directly on site and to be requested one week before check-in. Free cancellation as indicated here on Booking. In case of cancellation within the terms, the deposit paid will be refunded. Only bank commissions will be retained in the event of a deposit payment by credit/debit card equal to a maximum of 2% of the amount paid.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, because, not far away, it has various clubs, pubs, restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay, renowned for its suggestive sunsets, is a pleasant meeting point for tourists. Also in the bay it is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas even though there is no sand, as the sea is easily accessible having a shallow and mixed seabed of pebbles and sand. In five / ten minutes on foot, you can also reach the beautiful beach of Marina di Felloniche. It will be a pleasure to give you all the info about the neighborhood, the places and the most beautiful beaches to visit in the surrounding area.
