In Venice we have a young and dynamic team of co-hosts. My family and sisters own all of the five apartments inside the building. We have been receiving guests for many years. This listing is new because we re-arranged the organisation between family members. Inside the building in Arsenale, there are no dangers. I live most of the year in a beautiful paradise in Trancoso, Bahia, where I own and develop Soleluna, a tropical boutique hotel. I was raised mostly in Italy and Milan where I enjoy to go back to visit family, friends and all the inspiring elegance that this city transmits.

The location is amazing for those in search of a real authentic Venice. The base of many cultural events, including the Biennale Arte and the Biennale Architectura, the Arsenal is ideal for those who want to stay out of the beaten crowd and discover, by getting lost in a maze of CALLES, and CAMPOS, small boutiques, artists shops, cafeterias, simple or sophisticated gourmet restaurants. All this at any moment is really close to San Marco, Rialto, and all the main historic attractions. It is the starting point for unforgettable walks or jogs along the laguna towards the LIDO and Sant'Elena. If you feel like having more air and lazy out at the beach, you can reach the Lido, with 2 Vaporetto stops. There you can reach one of the many SPIAGGE (beach points where you can rent beach umbrellas with beach chairs) or rent a bike and free ride up and down the laguna and the Adriatic seashore. If you leave the central part of the beach and reach out towards its extremities you will find preserved areas with small beach resorts and restaurants with an atmosphere that remembers the Italian films of the sixties. Also, unforgettable are the sunsets from the Riva Degli Schiavoni (200 meters from the house) that every day falls over San Marco. When I am there I try to stop every day and enjoy my spritz with Campari and prosecco watching this unique experience of time gliding and light changing over San Marco, and its surrounding cathedrals.
