Family-friendly Apartment Sole & Apartment Querce have been fully furnished to a high standard in order to make guests feel perfectly at home. There is Fibra 1000 WiFi, air conditioning and hot tub. The terrace, where you can relax and enjoy your meals, surrounds the apartment. In the communal garden area, with a fountain and flower beds, children can safely play. There is elevator, free parking and a garage for bicycles and motorcycles on demand. These two apartments are located in a very quiet area only a few minutes walk from the historical city centre and the main shops. They are in an ideal position to explore Abruzzo, with its beautiful bays and coves with clean waters and unspoilt top mountain little villages, because they are only 10 minutes drive from the sea (Costa dei Trabocchi and Via Verde) and 30 minutes drive from ski resorts and the Majella National Park. You can enjoy a swim in the safe, clean waters of "Costa dei Trabocchi" and you can cycle or enjoy a walk along the Via Verde, a 42 km long cycle and pedestrian path on the Costa dei Trabocchi, which runs along one of the most evocative stretches of the Adriatic a few meters from the sea immersed in the nature of the Costa dei Trabocchi. After booking can be requested a deposit up to 30% of the whole fees to be paid. It will be given back in case the booking is cancelled before the deadline of the cancellation policy. These apartments are suitable for families with young children or teenagers, people 55+, young couples, adventure seekers. Special prices for couples and long stay lettings at certain conditions to be agreed upon with the owners.
Both my husband and I like travelling and meeting new people. So we decided to welcome guests in our apartments and offer our help to explore the area, in case it is needed, in order to make them feel at home. As my husband is an architect and an excellent cook, and I am a teacher of Italian and English to foreigners, we are willing to arrange art and cookery lessons and Italian lessons in the period from October to May, if guests want to be more involved in the Italian life and get a real taste of Italy....
Both Lanciano and the villages nearby still keep their traditions and fairs. If you come here you will realize that Abruzzo is an unspoilt region with amazing beauties and you will have the oportunity to taste very good food and wine... Beside swimming you can practise snorkeling, canoeing, rafting, horse riding, cycling, birdwatching, trekking, tennis, golf ....
