I can reserve museums tickets, suggest trip, restaurants, etc. Our guests may use the whole apartment and all its services. At check-in our guest have to pay the final cleanings, 50 Euro. All guest must have their own identification document (passport or identity card) that we need to be registered according to italian law. Tourist tax (local tax): Euro 3,00 per person per night, (not due under 12 y.o.).

Very luminous, large panoramic terrace with 360 degrees view over. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, spacious bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, frigo, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, WIFI, AC in the whole apartment. 10 minutes walking from San Marco square and Accademia Gallery. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Recently renovated, equipped with all conforts: elevator, heating, AC in all rooms, WIFI, two TV. The terrace, covered by sun awnings, is the ideal place to enjoy your dinner in the wonderful warm Florentine nights admiring the beautiful view of Florence: the Dome, Piazzale Michelangelo and the south – east hills surrounding Florence Kitchen is fully equipped with frigo, gas stove, oven, micro wave, dishwasher, cabinets, sideboard, the door window open on a terrace from where you enjoy the view of the western and northern hills of Florence. The large and luminous bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, sideboard. The second bed room has 2 single beds that, on request, may be joined to make a queen size bed.

You have everything within a short walking distance, Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cosy bars and all the main tourist attractions easily reachable by foot, San Marco Museum and Accademia Gallery are 10 minutes walking. Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery a short walk ahead Bus stop to the Central Railway Station and few meters far. The apartment is located just outside the ZTL – Limited Traffic Zone. A big underground parking (Parcheggio Parterre) is few meters far. The Central Railway Station Santa Maria Novella is easily reachable with many buses that stop few meters far. FINAL CLEANINGS: Euro 50 to be paid at check in.
