Pretty, new and bright three-room apartment a stone's throw from the city center, the conference center a short distance away, the sea easily accessible. Elegant and peaceful environment. Located on the second floor accessible by lift. Parquet floor heating, air conditioned. Two large living terraces, one with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Ideal for those who want, without sacrificing tranquility, to be in the center and easily reach the sea, the conference center or the fair. The completely renovated apartment has a living room with a dining table, a large sofa and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a nespresso machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe The toilet is equipped with a shower and bidet. Additional services available to guests: WIFI, TV, heating, air conditioning, drying rack, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing board. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a dining table, the rooms also open onto a large terrace.

The apartment, on the edge of the limited traffic area, allows immediate access to the historic center of Rimini (Castel Sismondo, whose exterior has been renovated, Arco di Augusto, Ponte Tiberio and the new piazza on the water, the Galli Theater rebuilt , Tempio Malatestiano, recently reopened Fulgor Cinema, Domus of the surgeon, Museum of the City), at the canal port and at the fishing village of San Giuliano. For shopping enthusiasts there are hundreds of commercial activities available. A large park, suitable for walks and for children, is a few hundred meters away. The position of the apartment makes it easy to reach the conference center and the sea area. The sea can be reached comfortably along the canal port (just over 5 minutes by car or bike) or through the center and a park (around 15 minutes by bike). Nearby the Palacongressi and the train station (both 15 minutes on foot or by bus, a few minutes by car). At 700 meters the Villa Maria clinic, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. The Fiera di Rimini can be reached by bus or train or in 10 minutes by car.
