Nice staff; very awesome breakfast selection (especially for this area of Italy); quiet but very central and near beach location

Extremely friendly and kind staff, I would like to single out Melinda, she is an Italian-Hungarian girl, apart from the Italians, she speaks Hungarian, so she is a huge help to the Hungarian guests. The sea is 200m away, so I think this hotel is a very good choice.

The breakfast was excellent – a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and ready to help, which greatly contributed to the pleasant atmosphere of our stay.

Great deal for money, close to beach

Everything was good, way better than 2 stars, the only downside is that the walls are thin, and u can really hear ur next door neighbors. Other than that, all good, very clean, 6 minutes walk to the beach, good restaurants and bars nearby, bus station for intercity travel also nearby

Super location,quiet street,gentle staff

Lovely clean room, fantastic breakfast. Close to beach and canal. Friendly, helpful staff. We opted for a Standard Room which came with a balcony. There was also a kind of dressing room space which was nice. Rooms were nice and cool even though the weather was roasting. Reception area had lovely spaces to chill out and have a drink/ read.

Very nice traditional family hotel with calm and relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming and attentive owners! We felt like home! Everyting was spotless clean, very good breakfast, overall good vibe. Close to the beach, free parking and you feel more than welcome. Great value for money. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was great, and the host Vanessa was very friendly and attentive, and there was nothing that was too much for her to do. Breakfast was generous. Our room had Air Con, which worked well. The room was spacious and very clean. The house maid did a fantastic job every morning. The hotel was right on the sea front, with plenty of good restaurants to visit. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay at..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cesenatico. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere and, especially, the exceptional customer service. A special mention must go to Victoria at reception, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a lovely smile. Her customer service was truly outstanding and made my experience even more enjoyable. It is clear that Victoria genuinely cares about the guests and takes great pride in providing an excellent service. She is a real asset to the hotel. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location, clean tidy and everything worked

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. We honestly cannot understand the negative reviews, as everything was just perfect for us. The location is excellent, especially considering the price, and offers great value for money. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and our room was ideally located. What stood out the most was the incredibly warm and welcoming staff – every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. We felt very comfortable at all times. The food was another highlight: both breakfast and dinner were better than expected and truly enjoyable. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and will definitely return on our next visit – hopefully for a longer stay.

The hotel staff is really very friendly, obliging and ready to help. The food is very tasty and at breakfast is enough choice for every taste. The room was just the right size and air conditioned, the beds were comfortable and we really liked good windows which drowned out the sound especially at night. It's also great because you can rent bikes and ride safely around the city and to nearbly towns. The beach is very close, just a short 5 minute walk away.

Reading some of the other reviews here is a bit odd — you can't expect a 5-star hotel experience if you're paying a budget price! As for the hotel itself: we had the superior family room, which consists of two well cleaned bedrooms connected by a hallway, with the bathroom in between. The bathroom is good — old-style but functional, with everything you need: a shower box, sink, toilet, and a window. It's cleaned every day. The rooms are a good size, with Daikin air conditioning and two balconies (one per room) with a lovely view over the maritime pines. Great location too — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and to restaurants. Staff were kind and efficient throughout. Overall, excellent value for money
