We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted times is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of Euro 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm), for later times, if it is possible for we organize, the figure could be higher.

The house is located in the center of Sestri Levante, in a street parallel to the Lungomare De Scalzo, 300 meters from the train station and close to all the services you may need: the historic center is in fact a five-minute walk away with its shops, pharmacies, bakeries, tobacconists, bars and excellent restaurants. The first beaches are 100 meters away. Walking through the historic center in ten minutes you can reach the famous beach of the Bay of Silence. The first available supermarket is 250 meters away. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or by parking in the garage of the house and using the trains, you can easily reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, which are less than an hour away. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa.
