The accommodation of 70 sqm is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 3 steps to access it) and is composed as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster and traditional oven - LIVING AREA with dining table, queen-size sofa bed, split A/C and 28" TV - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and split A/C - BEDROOM II with queen-size sofa bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, video intercom, one fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Cot and high chair for babies on request (for a fee).

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a very convenient position to reach the Fair area on foot, and a few minutes by bus to reach the historic center of Bologna and the Bologna Centrale train station. The S. Donato neighborhood developed between the '50s and '70s due to demographic development, hosting mainly immigrants and workers in those years. In 1978, work began on the Fiera District, the city business center designed by Kenzō Tange at the end of the 1960s. The first towers were inaugurated in 1983, but the works were only completed in 2011. This gave the neighborhood a more modern look, with many personal services. All the essential services are in fact within reach: under the house there is a pastry bar and a few minutes walk away (within 500 meters) there are supermarkets, pharmacies and bus stops. The entrance to the ring road to reach the other towns in the area is just a few minutes' drive away.
