In my opinion, this was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and professional. As a lovely personal touch, I was welcomed with a handwritten note and some chocolates. The breakfast was outstanding. As soon as you arrive, the staff offer coffee and a variety of freshly prepared items in addition to the buffet, including avocado toast, cheese selections, pancakes, and many other options. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the warm weather while remaining pleasantly quiet. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable, easily sufficient for streaming. The location is excellent as well. It is only about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, within walking distance of the city center, and surrounded by many great restaurants. The area is quiet and relaxing, although my room was facing the inner courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bologna, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
