Perfect location, comfortable bed and great shower

Excellent, friendly staff, very central location yet you don’t hear the street noise and parking near hotel. Very spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and in general very pleasant experience.

Very clean, great location- short walk through the terrace - about 10-15 minutes until Neptune statue. WIFI was excellent and air conditioning.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, went above and beyond in researching providing advice. Very comfortable rooms, and fairly quiet even though in a busy tourist area. Great restaurants and key historical spots just minutes away.

We stayed in Bologna so we could attend the Formula One in Imola four days. The hotel was perfect because was an easy walk to the train station, nice restaurants and attractions. The room and bathroom particularly the shower was bigger than most hotel rooms in Italy.

Personal was very kind and had good communication with us. The room was confortable. The location is very good to arrive walking to the city center and the train station.

The location was perfect just 5 minute walk from Bologna Centrale. The staff was very welcoming and they also let us leve our luggage during the day before and after check out. The room was big and very clean. We only stayed there for one night but we had the best sleep ever. Keep in mind to ask beforehand for the city tax that you have to pay at the recepsion after check out.

It was really a nice place to stay for few days, the staff is great, all of them, reception, housekeeping and the breakfast staff, by the way the breakfast exceeded my expectations, as I expected one very basic option but it was great! It's great value for money, really close to the train station, but need some time to walk to the centre.

The location was brilliant. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Spacious room, good toiletries, great buffet breakfast. Reception staff very helpful. Cleaning staff do a thorough job. Hospitality staff in breakfast restaurant were extremely attentive and helpful, bar staff great - aperitif offerings were generous and varied.

Best location in front of the train station! And from there you can walk anywhere. The people working there were very nice and welcoming. Around the hotel there is everything you need, theres a very nice mortadella shop and souvenirs shop. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Outstanding in every way possible - staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal as I had an early train the next morning. The room itself was spotlessly clean and spacious.

The Hotel Internazionale is excellent in every aspect. The only drawback is the construction work all around central Bologna (and around the hotel). Fortunately, I stayed in a quiet room that faced an internal courtyard. I also parked the car at the hotel's garage, which is within the ZTL. They provided a proper permit, which I hope will avoid being fined!

Enjoyable small breakfast. Coffee was served to you exactly as you wanted. I was not even waiting for anykind of breakfast, so I was happily surprised. The room was very cosy, somehow magically just a very pleasant place to be. My small room had a surprisingly large bathroom, which was also nice. Great people working by the desk.
