Apartment in a prestigious and elegant period building that houses one of the most important Florentine perfume shop. It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the spacious and bright three double bedrooms (with the option of single beds). Equipped with two bathrooms, one shared with shower and one private with bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances separated from the large and comfortable living area with dining table, sofa and television. Wifi connection and washing machine available to guests. Air conditioning present in the living room and in the three bedrooms. A set of towels and bed linen available to guests. Located in the very central, lively and dynamic Santa Croce neighborhood, you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. The apartment is located on the third and top floor; the building has a small elevator. However, it is necessary to walk down some stairs to access it. BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Crib and high chair available upon request, at a cost of twenty euros per stay; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area.
