Ca' degli Oresi Apartments are 3 apartments located on the 3rd floor and on the 4th floor of a 19th century building, in the very heart of Venice. Completely renovated, with a large terrace that allows you to enjoy the beautiful days and evenings outdoors, with a splendid view over the rooftops of Venice. "Appartamento with terrace" and "Penthouse apartment" have the private terrace, while "Standard apartment" gives the possibility to go to the shared terrace on the 5th floor, accessible via the communal staircase, with view over San Marco's Tower. Free wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher are available in all apartments. Please keep note that the building has no lift (elevator) so to reach the apartments you have to walk up respectively 60 or 75 steps, but the peacefulness and the amazing view on the rooftops of Venice will pay back any effort and it's worth it. The location is perfect for those who want to easily reach by foot the major attractions of the city: Rialto Bridge 8 minutes, Piazza San Marco 10 minutes, the beautiful Gallerie dell'Accademia 3 minutes only. The vaporetto (waterbus) stop for any destination is only 1 minute from the structure.

Ca 'degli Oresi belongs to the same family for many generations. Once it was the attic of the building where the owner's grandfather and father worked together as master goldsmiths. That's why I chose this name for the flat: "oresi" in Venetian means goldsmiths. In 1960, with a restoration, the attic was transformed into an apartment. In 2018/2019 and 2021 the three apartments have been, once again, completely renovated. To welcome you there will always be a member of the family. I was born in Venice and I lived in this beautiful apartment until I got married. In this family palace, before me, my father and my grandfather were born and lived. Now I live in Mestre with my husband Giorgio and my 3 children: Andrea, Silvia and Federico. I am a teacher, I love traveling, reading and I love cats. We have two: Teo and Olli. Together with my family I decided to open my home to guests from all over the world, to give it a new life and a new role: to make known and appreciate all the silences and quiet of this beautiful city, observing it from another point of view, from above.

Stay in the very famous center of Venice, where you can walk through the ancient streets, unchanged over the centuries, or get on board of a gondola to cross its canals, known all over the world. The area is full of bars, restaurants, typical places (bacari), grocery shops, pharmacy, tobacconist, Simply supermarket (5 minutes). A few steps away, in the fabulous setting of the nearby Campo San Maurizio, rich in valuable monuments, takes place during five annual weekends (March, June, September, October and December), a beautiful "Antiques Market" that collects precious objects of art on traditional wooden benches, on which you can admire and buy real works of art, paintings, objects, furniture, antique jewelry, exhibited by some of the most established antique dealers in Venice and northern Italy.
