Built by the American symbolist architect Elihu Vedder in 1895, this dreamlike villa is characterized by the breathtaking views and it´s perfect location, only 8 minutes walk from the Piazzetta with its beautiful cafes and fashion stores, 15 minutes to the harbour and 5 minutes to the next supermarket with delivery service. With 3 terraces offering a breathtaking view over the Marina Piccola and the Bay of Naples, a 6 hectare vineyard, a lush organic vegetable garden and a pine forest on Monte Solaro where falcons build their nests, the listed Villa 4 Venti is a place where time has stopped and you can experince the atmosphere of days gone by. Artists such as Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys, as well as DH Lawrence, who finished his book "Etruscan Places" here in 1925, loved the unique, bohemian atmosphere of this dazzling villa.
