The property is in the historic center of Anacapri adjacent to the Church of St. Sophia. The apartment has independent access directly from the street. Inside there are 2 comfortable bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms (one of which is subordinate to one bedroom), sitting area, large kitchenette and a large sunny and private terrace furnished with all comforts.
Welcome to Casa Flavia. My name is Emanuele, I am the owner of the house, I grew up and live in Anacapri. I am an architect and I have tried my hand at this new adventure in the tourism sector. I hope to welcome you in the best way and that your stay on the island is to your liking
A few steps from the structure is the main square of Anacapri with the Church of Santa Sofia and not far from Piazza San Nicola with the Church of San Michele in which there is a beautiful majolica floor depicting the paradise of the earth. At 400 meters there is the chairlift to Monte Solare, a recommended destination for admiring the whole island from above and being able to sip an excellent drink at the bar at the station. At 150 meters there is the main carriageway to be able to take buses and taxis to get around and reach the center of Capri with the Piazzetta and its bars, the other destinations on the island. In the area there are many bars such as the Bar Ferraro which produces everything by hand for a sweet breakfast and restaurants to taste the typical Capri cuisine. There are also mini markets and supermarkets nearby and any other you need
