Apartment with sea view and Portofino view and private parking space, located 500 meters from the historic center of Chiavari, reachable in five minutes on foot, and one kilometer from the sea and the beaches of the Ligurian town. Ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio: from here, in fact, with short journeys you can reach places such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, Sestri Levante, Moneglia, up to the Cinque Terre in about an hour. There is free WI-FI. The apartment is located on the third floor of five in a building with a lift just a few minutes from the center of Chiavari. Inside you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen equipped with everything you may need during your stay to store, prepare and consume food: dining table, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils and tableware. There is also a moka pot, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine that can be used during the stay. To hang out you will find a drying rack and also an iron and ironing board. The French door gives access to the first terrace of the house, also connected to the living room, where you will find an outdoor table. The next room is the living room, with a two-seater sofa bed, armchair and TV. Here too the French door, in addition to making the room bright, allows access to the terrace. Hi, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide the check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. POSSIBILE EXTRA FEES: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Chiavari applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/ day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Pets: we usually accept small pets and we charge 5 euros per night for each animal. 4)Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of euro 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21 hours), for later times, if it is possible for we organize, the figure could be higher.
The house is located 500 meters from the historic center of Chiavari, in a quiet, slightly elevated area which in fact offers a splendid view of the city. In a few minutes on foot you will have access to all the services of the center: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, excellent bakeries where you can taste the famous Ligurian focaccia, tobacconists, bars and numerous restaurants. To reach the seafront, which is about 1 km away, you can take a 15-minute walk or use the buses that leave from Piazzale Rocca and arrive at the train station, located a few steps from the sea. If you want to visit other places in the area, with short journeys by car or train you can reach the other towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Santa Margherita and Portofino or continuing in the opposite direction pearls such as Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto up to Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour. The station is about 800 meters away, so you can easily park your car in the garage and move around the towns using the trains without having to worry about parking and fully enjoying your holiday. A favorite destination not only for sea lovers, this area of Liguria is also chosen by nature and trekking enthusiasts: in fact, kilometers of paths wind along the hills that reach the sea, offering enchanting panoramic views of the coast. Chiavari is also about 30 minutes from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty, and an hour and a half from Pisa, one of the most famous Italian cities in the world.
