Spacious and bright apartment suitable for families or a group of friends, outside the city chaos of Bologna in an area full of green spaces. The apartment, on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a corridor that leads to the various rooms. First is the living area with a sitting room furnished with a double sofa bed, a wall unit with a TV and a dining table, and the separate kitchen with an additional table and equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area then consists of two bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed and a large closet; one also boasts access to a balcony. A bathroom with bath tub completes the layout. Wifi, washing machine and independent heating will be available in the accommodation.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
