Apartment located a few steps from the historic center and the sea, about 50 m from the beach of Porta Vecchia and, following the beaches of Porto Bianco and Porto Rosso, all easily reached on foot via a short walk along the sea. The bus stop for the beaches on the south coast is 100 m away The apartment, recently renovated, offers, bathroom with shower and washing machine, air conditioning, heating. The kitchen is equipped with every accessory. Wifi. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, dairies and restaurants for every need. The city of Monopoli is close to the towns of Polignano (the balconies overlooking the sea), Castellana Grotte (the karst caves), Alberobello (the city of the Trulli), Zoosafari di Fasano, Ostuni (the white city), Matera (the city dei Sassi), Lecce (The Baroque)   40 minutes away from Bari and Brindisi airports The payment of the tourist tax will be required

In addition to the beaches of Porta Vecchia, Porto Bianco and Porto Rosso which are free beaches, within walking distance you can take advantage of easily accessible beaches. For the little ones and not. amusement park with carousels, skatepark and gym for sports lovers. You will also find bars, pizzerias, restaurants of all kinds, frying shops, pubs and cocktail bars as well as supermarkets, bakeries, butchers' shops, food shops.
