Central apartment with 3 bedrooms, a huge lounge with an additional 2-seater sofa bed, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and terrace. Very convenient for getting around the city on foot and located in one of the most elegant and peaceful districts of Cagliari, just a few steps away from some of the trendiest spots in the city such as Palazzo Doglio or the ExMa. Completely renovated between October 2021 and May 2023. Worth mentioning is the breathtaking view of the enchanting Basilica of San Saturnino. Ideal for families given the large size (about 150 square meters). Palace with concierge. NO SMOKING NOR PARTIES. License number Q9263
I was born and raised in Cagliari and since I was little I have been in love with the view of the basilica of San Saturnino that can be enjoyed from the terrace of this house. Today I no longer live in Sardinia, but every time I come back my heart fills up looking at the square and the purple flowers of its trees. I hope that my guests can experience the same sensations too.
The district, which has always been one of the most elegant in the city, is just a few steps from the pedestrian streets of the historic centre, but the apartment has the convenience of being able to be reached by car. The area is characterized by the splendid basilica of San Saturnino, but also the Palazzo Doglio with all the rooms facing the internal courtyard and, again, the ExMà cultural centre. There are many restaurants and bars in the area which, however, do not create any kind of annoying confusion for guests who, on the contrary, can enjoy the liveliness of the surrounding area. Also well served by public transport.
