Casa Stadium is a bright and comfortable apartment, located on Via Cossa, near the Nereo Rocco Stadium in Trieste. The apartment is located in a quiet area far from the city chaos but well equipped with various services, the city center is easily reachable in about ten minutes by car. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The space is divided as follows: KITCHEN with gas stove, tea kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster. LIVING ROOM with comfortable sofa bed, dining table, television, and access to the large terrace. BEDROOM with DOUBLE BED with access to the large terrace. BEDROOM with SINGLE BED. BATHROOM: bathtub, bidet, washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: Wi-Fi network, air conditioning. SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50. This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability. Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
