Located in a quiet area, I offer an attic apartment of 100 m² placed on 3rd floor of a building with 3 units. The apartment is self-heating and WI-FI is free. The living room of 28 m² is very bright and equipped with a large sofa with peninsula, a ceiling fan, a round table which can be made wider and a SMART TV connected to Internet. The living area gives access to a large balcony of about 22 m² with an open view towards the surrounding countryside and mountains. The kitchen of 10 m² is fully equipped. In addition to fridge, dishwasher and oven, at your disposal there are a microwave, a toaster, a boiler and 3 Italian coffee machines. The 1st room of 14 m² is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a single one (90x190), a ceiling fan, a velux window and several sets of cabinets and hangers. The 2nd room of 9 m² offers a double bed (160x200), a ceiling fan, some wardrobe / chest of drawers, a furniture with various shelves and hangers. The bathroom of 7 m² is with window and equipped with a shower, washer, sanitary ware WC & bidet, plus a whole series of cabinets and drawers. At ground floor there is cellar where can be parked up to 5 bikes and store your equipment under lock.

I was born and grew up in Arco (North Garda Lake), where I still live and work. I’ve travelled a lot, visited beautiful places, but each time I come back home I find everything I need. Being a lover of lake and mountains, I consider myself lucky because I can satisfy my passions “just around the corner”. From alpine skiing routs on Dolomites, to long days on sailing boat, from high altitude climbing routes, to a regenerating swim in the lake, from fishing on rivers and lake, to a more relaxing hobby as it can be looking for mushrooms. I speak 100% English, 70% Spanish and 40% German. This stimulates me to interface with other people and cultures, and helps me to stay an open-minded person. In case of needs, I'll be very happy to give you some tips and advices about Arco and North Garda lake area, where to eat and drink well, or about the entertainments and events in calendar.

Close to Arco historical centre, the apartment is an excellent position to discover the area by feet or bike, taking advantage of the proximity to the Alto Garda cycling routes. Torbole and Riva del Garda beaches are only 5 km away. Nearby you can do many sports such as trekking, hiking, MTB, climbing, fishing, sailing, kite & wind surfing. Tenno, Ledro, Cavedine and Toblino lakes can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. They are a destination for lovers of cycling and trekking and visitable by following the appropriate paths. If you are passionate climbers, you already know that Arco is your undisputed destination. Nearby you will find numerous natural cliffs as well as the artificial wall which hosts the Rock Master climbing World championship. During the winter months Arco offers the typical Christmas market, while the most famous ski resorts of our region called “Trentino Alto Adige – Südtirol” are about 40/90 min. far away as for example Madonna di Campiglio (Dolomiti di Brenta), Andalo/Paganella, Folgaria, Fiemme, Fassa and Gardena valleys (Dolomiti), etc... Ski mountaineering can be practiced directly on the mountains surrounding the north Garda lake area (15/20 min.).
