Ours is a family-run business characterised by a great passion for guest care. We have studied every detail with the aim of giving our guests a pleasant and relaxing experience by providing all the comforts of a private home in combination with the services of the hotel industry.

We do not accept check-ins before 4pm because we need time between guests to clean and sanitise the flat well. We do not store luggage because we do not have a reception desk. The flat is prepared according to the number of guests indicated on the booking, if there are additional guests or small children they must be indicated prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for beds, linen, or a cot. External camera above the flat's entrance door for access control and flat security that records access in case there are discrepancies with the number of guests or pets. The apartment building has strict noise ordinances. Please observe the quiet hours to respect the neighbours and the 10pm-10am rules. We do not allow parties, pets or unauthorised guests . If you ignore local laws or house rules, we will cancel the rest of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Any damage to the flat or fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be charged to the guest.

You will stay in a bright and beautiful penthouse with terrace, located in a semi-central area a few kilometres from the centre of Rome and 800 metres from metro B San Paolo (4 stops from the Colosseum). It is well connected and you can reach the centre by public transport.
