The house is located in the Pegli district, the area equipped with all means of transport necessary to connect with the center. Pegli is located in the west of the capital of the region, and is distinguished by a suggestive walk along the seafront, saved from the massive industrialization that the area underwent after World War II. In the nineteenth century it was a privileged summer destination for nobles, bourgeois and intellectuals from northern Italy, but also from Europe.
