Host Information

Situated in Costa Paradiso, our Villa is positioned in between nature and can hold up to 6 people. The Villa is surrounded by a garden and offers quiet and private environment that is perfect for families with children but also for a group of travellers. Villa is part of a resort of villas that surround a beautiful light blue pool. The house has a large living room with equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs, tv and a sofa bed; 2 bedrooms, and bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Reserved parking, garden and covered outdoor veranda with living room, sun loungers, table and chairs for outdoor and barbecue. The shared swimming pool guarantees fun not just for children. 100 meters from the villa there is a bar and two restaurants. Seasonal pool opening: May 15th to October 15th. We ask our guests kindly to leave the villa tidy as found, the kitchen and crockery cleaned, the fridge empty and the garbage taken away. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty that will be withheld from the security deposit. - Smoking inside the villa and disturbance at night is forbidden. Sheets, linen and towels are not included
Costa Paradiso is a unique village situated in northern Sardinia characterized by a picturesque rocky landscape and turquoise sea. The village’s main beach, “Li Cossi”, is reachable from the port by a lovely walk of 10 minutes. For those that prefer cliffs, there are two bays 2 km away from the villa: “Le Sorgenti” and “Le Baiette”, comfortably reachable by car. The village is also famous for the presence of wild animals such as turtles, hares and especially wild boars. The latter live in the area all year round and are used to the presence of man. They do not pose a danger to people and it is forbidden to feed them is recommended to have your own car or to rent one in order to move inside the village and to leave to go to the nearest beaches.
