Dimora De Argenteris is a nice apartment on the first floor of an 18th century construction in the heart of the baroque old city of Lecce. It is located in the pedestrian area (thus there’s no parking right in front of the building), but just around 80 meters walking distance from an area where cars can park (Via Duca Degli Abruzzi street parking, on the blue lines). Once you get to the first floor you have a nicely decorated living room with a beautiful balcony, there’s a fireplace, a sofa and chairs and a TV, leading to two rooms (both double, one with a king size bed and full bathroom with shower en-suite and the other with a queen size bed with a toilet in front of the room). From the living room you access the modernly furnished kitchen with a dining table for four. From the kitchen you access to the same level to a large patio, with an external kitchen, fireplace, 2 sunchairs, a table for 8 people and an external shower. Access to the upper terrace is securely closed and it is forbidden for safety reasons.

Patrizia and Stefano have invested all their money in this beautiful area of Italy, Salento. The reason will be clear to everybody who visit the area for the first time: beautiful surroundings, lovely people, reasonable prices and a very pleasant weather all year round. We decided to live in this area and prepared Dimora de Argenteris for us, then decided to rent it out from time to time to share with foreigners our little home in Lecce

The area, which is the oldest part of the town, is between “Convitto Palmieri” and “Porta San Biagio” and it’s at walking distance from all the historical city attractions (piazza Sant’Oronzo, the Anfiteatro, Santa Chiara Church …), lively restaurants and pubs for a drink and a spritz outside and it is also very close to the city’s railway station, that is only 600 meters away.
