Huge and comfortable two levels loft on third floor (62 steps, no elevator), furnished with owner's family antique furnitures melted with modern and functional stuff in a charming and cozy contamination. On the First level we have entrance, dining-room, living with two sofa (one is a sofabed), full equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower On Second level: two double bedrooms (one can have twin beds on request) and bathroom with shower

For our foodie guests our apartment is just few steps from the fantastic Sant’Ambrogio Market! The atmosphere is relaxed, there are no tour groups pushing through the aisles and it’s always a good sign when the locals outnumber the tourists as is the case in Sant’Ambrogio. The market offers a diverse selection of stands with vendors selling products ranging from fruits and veggies to breads and pastries, meats and fish, cheeses and dried legumes. There is an indoor and outdoor section of the market with most of the meat, fish and cheese vendors stationed permanently inside. Produce, housewares and some stalls selling clothes are located around the building. Also inside is a famous restaurant, Trattoria da Rocco that serves authentic Tuscan fare at cheap prices during lunchtime six days a week (Mondays – Saturdays, 11 am – 2:30 pm). Sant'Ambrogio district is one of the last still deeply Florentine, with the famous "Mercato delle Pulci" too and a plenty of café, pubs, restaurants too, for every taste and pocket! Piazza Santa Croce with its famous church is less than five-minutes walk and the whole downtown is at walking distance!! Private Parkings and bus close to the apartment.
