Equipped with all comforts, it is the perfect place to spend a quiet relaxing holiday. The apartment is located in a strategic position, just near the center of Tremezzo and close to the main attractions of the lake such as Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and Bellagio. From the garden you can enjoy a breathtaking lake view. Excellent solution for couples, families or groups of friends. The newly renovated property has a spacious bedroom with a double. The apartment is completed by a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom from which is possible to directly go out in the garden. Guests will have the entire property for their exclusive use, and a lovely garden, in common with the other 2 apartments of the building. Outside it will be possible to find comfortable deckchairs and tables with chairs to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the lake.
