The modern 39 m² apartment with a lift consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television and shampoo. You can start the day with coffee on the balcony with nice views over greenery. A supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away, a bakery and a pharmacy can be reached after 650 m, and cafés and restaurants are within 500 m from the apartment. From a bus stop, which is only 150 m away, you can get to the charming centre of Merano in only 4 minutes, where you can enjoy the many cafés, shops and the lovely architecture. The famous spa and thermal bath complex “Therme Meran” is only 3 bus stops from the apartment and invites you to relax and discover the many pools, saunas and recreational facilities. There are several cable cars to the surrounding mountain tops within 10-15 minutes by car (5-7 km) from the apartment, and in winter you can go skiing after a mere 10-minute drive (4.8 km), while plenty of great hiking and cycling routes start basically at the front door.
