Welcome to La Corte di via Chiarello, an antique building dating back to the 18th century, nestled within the historical center of Taceno village in the picturesque Valsassina valley. This unique dwelling offers an authentic experience, as it features an internal courtyard adorned with arches and columns, along with spacious terraces with dining tables and some unique local historical artifacts. Immerse yourself in the charm of this historical house, where you can witness its original organization and architectural elements. The house comprises three apartments with a total of 13 sleeping places. On the first floor, there is a two-bedroom apartment, Legnone, and a one-bedroom apartment, Legnoncino, located one in front of another, making them a perfect match for larger groups. Giumello apartment is located on the second floor and has 2 bedrooms for a total of 5 guests. All the apartments have private bathrooms and kitchens. In addition, guests have the opportunity to explore the ground floor, where they can visit the preserved traditional kitchen upon request (subject to availability). The lower levels of the building also house intriguing caverns historically used for cheese production, offering a glimpse into the region's rich culinary heritage. While there are parking spaces available nearby, please note that the street leading to the house is narrow. Therefore, we recommend that guests with extensive driving experience navigate the city center. Alternatively, parking outside the historical center ensures convenient access to the apartment in a 3-5 minute walk.
