It has a very nice location. Beautiful house with cute garden. The room was clean and the patio was super with a very pretty ceramic table. The owner was super nice and helpful! When we told him I’m pregnant he organized for us breakfast for the whole stay free of charge. Also our fridge was fully stuffed with water, yogurts, soft drinks, beer, Prosecco etc. also for free. The owner organized for us a boat trip with some discount. We also got some gift from him for our child. He was texting us asking if we need something and he was super communicative! Best owner ever!

Fabrizio and his family were beyond hospitable! When we arrived in capri, he offered us a lift to his property. He gave us advice & recommendations to restaurants and things to do during our stay on the island. He treated us like family. The property was beautiful; you must walk through their beautiful Italian garden in order to get to your room. The room was spacious, clean, very quick wi-fi, and a delicious breakfast was waiting for us every morning! We would come back here every summer! Highly recommend. The garden is very beautiful and the breakfast is unparalled. Nona was a sweetheart. She is the host's mother and she is a very sweet woman. Must recommend staying here, especially for couples.

Fabrizio the host was extraordinary! The warm and family like welcome was exceptional, the apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with all that we needed. The beautiful garden with our own terrace gave us a feeling of cosiness and our own privacy. Fabrizio and his family was at the reach of a hand for anything we would need. They are very caring hosts avaliable for any advice, help! We have been lucky to stay in this wonderful place and get to know a little these nice people. It was a highlight of our vacation on Capri, we enjoyed the stay very much!! Everything for the stay was organised in the best way (even the welcoming drink and home baked cakes). The owner picked is up with the car, when we arrived. It was a great chance to get to know Italian culture and hospitality. The Garden is amazing:) and the turtle who's living there .. There are a lot of places to hike, enjoy the sunset, sightseeing (all reachable on foot or with the bus) Appartement is very good, kitchen full equipped, we spent a good time and will surely return again.

The garden and outside terrace was beautiful. Fabrizio and his mother were extremely kind. Fabrizio collected us from the port and told us what there is to see on the island, as well as how to get around. Fabrizio’s mother was also very helpful when one of us got food poisoning, brining us tea and medicine. The location also made it only a 10 minute walk to the edge of a cliff to see the sea and sunset.

The very warm and friendly welcome was overwhelming. The room is very well appointed, comfortable, clean and cosy. The breakfast is nothing else as spectacular as most produces offered are home grown or home baked. A true experience which we did not find anywhere else on our trip and will be an unforgettable memory. The location is very convenient and not a problem to get around from there. Truely, an amazing choice for staying longer on Capri Island. We can highly recommend it.
