IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: Before your check in ID documents of all of the guests must be sent on our whatsapp n°. Your credit card has ONLY the function to guarantee the reservation + potential damages to the property, higher than the deposit paid by you at the check in. In case of the check in with our staff, within the check in hours 15.00-21.00 (this type of check in is on appointment and must be set up at least 48 hours before your arrival), the payment of the reservation + deposit is to be done in cash at the moment of the check in (not following days). In all other cases we can arrange a self check in for you, to be done always within the check in hours 15.00-21.00. In this case you must have wifi and must give us in advance your whatsapp n° to get the self check in instructions - in case of self check in the payment of the reservation +deposit is to be done in VIA BANK TRANSFER (the amount must be on our account at the moment of your self check in). You will receive all the details for the bank transfer via email or via whatsapp (not via phone). All the fees for the bank transfer must be covered by the booker. Credit cards payments are accepted only for NON REFUNDABLE reservations and can be processed if done at least 90 days before your arrival (a special authorization, your signature and a valid ID is needed). The credit cards that are on the names of the persons different form the holder of the reservation cannot be accepted and will be considered as NO VALID. As the credit card transactions are managed out of the property (via online system), they are subject to an administrative fee of 5 % of the transaction and can't be done on weekends, public holidays and out of the check in hours.

Every room has a kitchen, dining area, private bathroom with a hairdryer, WIFI, safe (the use of the safe is upon the sole responsibility of the guests), TV and linen. We are sorry, but the property cannot accommodate pets, neither can guarantee or reserve the parking space for you (parking spaces are subject to availability and most of them are in paid car parks). We'll do our best to make your trip to Perugia a beautiful and a relaxing experience and we'll assist you with everything you may need during your stay in order to let you enjoy our property and the city of Perugia as much as possible!
