The apartment, at about 1km from Milano central station, has a large living room with a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms , each equipped with a large desk, suitable for working with a laptop, 2 bathrooms(the second bathroom available on request with extra-fee, min. 2 days), 2 small balconies. A WI-FI high speed (fiber optic) internet connection is available, and also a 50-inch TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, the air conditioning system in all rooms. For smartworkers, a printer is available on request. The apartment is located in the lively ethnic NoLo District, a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires and MM Loreto station, from which you can reach the Duomo in 10 minutes. When booking for 1 or 2 people, only the bedroom with the queen bed will be available. It is possible to request the use of the second bedroom (single room use) by paying a fee of 25 euros per day. The use of the second bathroom, accessible only from the master bedroom, is available on request and requires the payment of a fee of 25 euros / day. We always try to do our best when preparing your accommodation, but some carelessness can occasionally happen; for this reason, any complaint regarding the cleaning or the equipment of the house must be made within 24 hours of check-in, we will intervene promptly to fix the issue. Before checking out, guests are kindly requested to wash dishes and cutlery and dispose of rubbish in the garbage can of the building.
