L'appartamento è; situato nella parte alta e all'interno del bellissimo centro storico di Iglesias, una volta facente parte della Chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie, consacrata nel 1381 in pieno periodo Aragonese e nel 1985 venne eletta a "Santuario Nostra Signora Delle Grazie" . Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, situato al secondo e ultimo piano dell'edificio si può gioire di una bellissima vista di tutto il centro storico e gran parte della città di Iglesias.
L'area è molto tranquilla e gli abitanti sono molto accoglienti e gentili. Nonostante la proprietà sia situata all'interno di una Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL), è possibile parcheggiare i propri veicoli a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi, lungo la via Isonzo e Viale Asproni.
