La Casita holiday house is located on the ground floor and it faces the private courtyard of the bulding, so the place is very quiet even though, outside, the neighborhood is very lively. The flat has been recently renovated and is made of a spacious bed room with double bed, a comfortable living room with the kitchen, equipped with everything you need, and a modern bathroom. The apartment offers any kind of comfort: air-conditioned rooms, free wi-fi, a sofa bed (for 2 persons) in the living room, TV, heating system, oven, water kettle, toaster, squeezer, coffee machine with capsules, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, electric iron with ironing board and a cradle.

The flat is placed between the central “Testaccio District” and "Ostiense", the Street Art District, here you can find everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, typical restaurants, pizzerias, cinemas, theaters, pubs, wine bars, museums, and for the night-life you also have many options because within a few minutes walk you will reach discos, clubs and live music-clubs of any kind. The apartment is a 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus, Mouth of Truth, the Baths of Caracalla, the Roman Forum and the famous Trastevere District; in addition just 300m from the flat you will find the Metro line B where you can catch direct links to Fiumicino Airport, the Central Station and in a few stops you will reach many other sites of historical and cultural interest as San Pietro, Vatican, Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Pizza Navona and more. Beside the metro station there is also the train station of 'Rome Lido' from where you can reach the coast and the roman archaeological site of Ostia Antica. The residence is also a few minutes walk from “Eataly”, the biggest food store in Rome, where you can find high quality italian foodstuffs.
