Beautiful apartment located in Sirmione, within a residential complex with shared swimming pool. The home is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator; guests are welcomed into the living room, consisting of a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine. A French window leads to the private terrace equipped with a table and comfortable outdoor armchairs, overlooking the shared swimming pool of the residential complex and the lake. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the master one is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom is instead furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. The flat is equipped with a central ventilation system in all rooms, heat pump and a washing machine located in the hallway. The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required. *We inform our guests that the accommodation building is currently undergoing renovations.
