The Amber Inn is the famous restaurant in the inland area of Rimini, known for the unmistakable local pit cheese called "Amber of Talamello," which is produced by the owner himself in the pits located within the establishment. During your stay, don't miss the opportunity to dine here at least once; it's hard to leave unsatisfied. Restaurant Hours: Open Wednesday to Friday for dinner only, Saturday and Sunday also for lunch; closed on Monday and Tuesday. And if you want to take the Amber of Talamello experience home with you, no problem; the restaurant also serves as a direct retailer. The rooms are located on the upper floor of the restaurant and come in two types: Junior Suite and Standard. The Junior Suite is the most beautiful and brightest room in the Inn. It's very spacious and meticulously designed by the owner, Sofia, with a special focus on aesthetic details. The view is unparalleled, whether it's at sunrise or sunset; the sight of Valmarecchia from the two windows of the room is breathtaking. The very spacious bathroom adds value with its whirlpool bathtub. After a day of touring the valley's villages by car, biking for kilometers, or tackling various trekking routes, there's nothing better than a relaxing bath. The standard rooms are smaller in size than the Junior Suite, but they are comfortable and spacious, just like all the rooms at the Amber Inn, furnished with taste and attention to detail. All rooms are equipped with a minibar with complimentary drinks, an internet connection for remote work if needed, a TV, and air conditioning. In addition to all the services, the inn offers all its guests a breakfast prepared directly by the owner Maurizio.
