My apartment is suitable for couples or small families as it has a maximum capacity of 3 people. This is a one bedroom apartment comprising kitchen/living room, a double bedroom with comfortable armchair that converts into a single bed, bathroom inside the bedroom. In the accommodation there is air conditioning and a washing machine. The apartment is located at first floor (no elevator). We have recently installed a keyless apartment access system. Guests will receive an email with instructions prior to their stay. To open it is necessary to have a smartphone and a data connection. Guests will have to complete the check-in procedure via Vikey (send a picture of all guests' ID/passport, signature of digital rental contract). A smartphone with internet connection is required to access the apartment.

The street of the apartment, Via Don Gaetano Boschi 18, is located in the so called "ZTL area". To access that area by car is necessary a paid permit.
