Stunning penthouse equipped with a private terrace with breathtaking views of the Duomo Dome. The apartment is located in the heart of the city's historic center in a lively and dynamic neighborhood. The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building with a very small elevator. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and has three bedrooms. It is structured on several levels: the first level consists of a large living room with TV corner, bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with two bunk beds. The large living area offers unique views of Borgo San Lorenzo and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two more double bedrooms (beds can be divided into singles upon request). Finally, the corridor in the heart of the apartment leads to the wonderful terrace overlooking the Duomo and the kitchen complete with utensils, dishes and modern appliances. It has Wi-fi connection, washing machine. Air conditioning in the kitchen, in the living room and in the two double bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in the third bedroom with two single beds. One set of towels and bed linen available to guests. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. There are in fact both stairs inside the apartment and inside the building, and the elevator is very small (it can accommodate one person at a time). It is necessary to walk down a first flight of stairs to access the elevator. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, which is not accessible by car; it is necessary to park in one of the nearby paid garages and walk to the apartment.

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area.
