Welcome to Casa Zara! A modern and cozy flat in a strategic location, just a stone's throw from the Brusimpiano beaches and the Swiss border. A place where you can relax, spend the day by the lake, hire pedal boats and enjoy water sports. For nature lovers, the area is full of footpaths and bike trails and numerous other places of interest not to be missed! The rooms are very spacious and bright and can comfortably accommodate 5 people; furry friends are very welcoming too! The flat has a double bedroom with a king-size mattress to ensure peaceful dreams and a large living room where two completely new sofa beds can be transformed into two comfortable double beds if needed (all made in Italy). The large bathroom has a bathtub and a showerhead; shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and towel sets are provided free of charge for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home and miss nothing: oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle are just some of the things you will find, as well as a small welcome kit. You can eat outside or simply relax on the large balcony during hot summer days, enjoying the peace that characterises the area. If, on the other hand, you don't want to miss your favourite TV series even on holiday, with our Netflix subscription, completely free for our guests, this will be possible. If you need to work remotely you won't have any problems, the flat has excellent Wi-fi. A convenient free private car park, within the property, completes the offer.

The flat is located in a strategic point to visit the beautiful surroundings and to spend wonderful days at the lake! It is situated in the heart of Brusimpiano, a small, typical Italian village, which boasts a beautiful lakeside promenade and several well-kept beaches; ideal for taking a swim in the clear waters of Lake Ceresio or stopping at the beach bar for a famous Spritz! In a few minutes' drive you can reach the supermarkets of Ponte Tresa or Porto Ceresio and taste the flavours of Italian cuisine in the many restaurants and bars in the area. Discover a different corner every day: ・Lugano can be reached in 25 minutes; ・Gandria and Morcote can be visited by boat; ・the Saturday market in Ponte Tresa is only a 5-minute drive away; ・Milano can be reached in just over an hour by a direct train from Porto Ceresio.
