Strategically located in the historical area of the Colosseum and with excellent connections thanks to the Manzoni metro stop (Metro Line A) or the Colosseum (Metro Line B) you will be able to reach the city center easily, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle in your personal space. Located in a lovely communal garden, the loft consists of a kitchen, a sleeping area and a living area, with a spacious bathroom where you will find a basic supply of detergents and shampoos: it is the perfect place to relax and take care of yourself. One of the highlights of the property is the furniture, completely made by the best manufacturers including lake, kartel, magis and foscarini lamps, which give an elegant and modern atmosphere to the loft giving a unique character and personality to the house. In addition to the tv there is an epson projector with a 2x3m screen in front of the bed. The sound quality is ensured by a soundbar with 300W power
